Whom to follow heart or brain?

What is different between mind and heart? How ideas come from heart and mind are different? On which ideas or thoughts we are following? Why?

All this questions are very difficult to answer and rare people are aware about this fact.

Follow our filling comes from heart or follows ideas or logic comes from our mind; this is the big questions today society facing in routine life cycle. Your heart says help to needed one and brain says save money and earn more as much as possible. It is big conflict going on between our heart and mind.

As per my logic it may be wrong but not 100% that most of millionaires follow their ideas from brain, while spiritual Yogi’s or leader follows the ideas of heart. Both are subjective with their following and both gain many but different things.

Brain followers get money, power, political power, most of joy by physical activity. Heart followers gain peace of mind and inner happiness. The choice is very difficult but we saw many examples that many rich people donate all their wealth to help others and went for finding the truth of life.

I also discussed with many yogis and try to find out the truth behind this and as per their view not a single physical activity will give you real peace of mind and true happiness; you must spiritual if you want true happiness. Many activities give us little peace like serving to needed one, praying to God, respecting other but the only and ultimate way is to follow your heart.

Fillings comes from heart are true and nearer to God. In this very fast and unrealistic world we need to create balance between this two. Earn money but never ignore your inner fillings and spirituality. With your all physical activities try to be nearer to your hearts inner fillings.

Shifting to safer place due to Nilofar cyclone warning

Nilofar cyclone

Evacuation started from today in my town due to risk of Nilofer cyclone. The severe storm will hit our (Gujarat-India) coastal area around 31 Oct or 1stnov. NIlofar cyclone was originated in the Arabian Sea, has now intensified and is likely to make a landfall on October 31.

Thousands of people in Gujarat evacuated from coastal area to safer places and warning comes to us yesterday night to shift to safer place.

Our medical is ready for any medical emergency but now we are going to shift to safer place. Wish will come back on 2nd November.

Best exercise we are doing from our childhood is playing games; relieve stress and build up physically fit

I don’t think any people in world who say that I never played games. Boy or girl, rich or poor the one thing is very common in them is games. Games will unite us; the only thing today which will create real friends. When we start thinking about our childhood the only things comes on our eyes are games we played, with whom we played, incidents happens during the playing the games. Our most close friends are comes by playing games with them.

From our childhood the only one and one exercise we are doing without any advice from any professional is playing games. We are emotionally attached with our favorite games and we play that game throughout our life.

But at young age many people gone away from games without any reason and it is very dangerous for them. So always stay with playing games without any break. There are many reasons which keep us away from games and ultimately we lead to the lazy lifestyle.

When we say “health is wealth” our focus on games is very important to make this statement correct. When we started to think about weight lose, and trying how to burn our calorie, the way which not only burn our energy but keep us mentally relaxed. If we try to summarise the important of games than big list was created.

Meditation, yoga, exercise, walking, and gym all these are play very important role to keep us healthy and fit.  Today I want to discuss on the important of games in our life. Mostly games played for entertainment but it will keep us physically and it will relieve our stress.

Games keep us physically fit: Now a day we see many ways of keeping physically fit and very simple way is games. In games all type body movements we do and it will relax us.

Games keep us mentally fit: Games not only keep us physically fit but games reduce our stress and maintain us mentally fit.

Entertainment: Games not a physical exercise but it gives us entertainment. If we want to keep ourselves relaxed than games is the best option for this. So give your time for playing games.

Make us more social: By games we will creates more and more friends. Always try to play outdoor games also. To keep us social games plays very important role.

My favorite game is cricket but nowadays I play volleyball every day and wish you all give your important time to play your favorite games to maintain yourself healthy and fit.

Be happy at workplace

There is no option of happiness in life so always be happy, whether you are at workplace or at home.

I am always saying “health is wealth” and today definition of health is not limited to physical health but mental health have its own important. For mental health Happiness is a key word, how you become happy is the parameter of your mental health. Stressful mental condition never makes you happy.

It is observed that today many people fill stress at workplace. Workplace is a place where you spend your most important time and how you happy at workplace will change your social life. If you aren’t fill happy at workplace, than it will create stress and ultimately it will negatively effect on your health.

So always try to makes yourself happy at workplace. To keep you happy and stress free stick on some advice I mentioned here on the basis of my 16 years working experience.

Create friendship with co-workers: To keep yourself happy at workplace carry on friendship with your co-workers. Friendly climate will keep you happy and you fill comfortable at workplace.

Professional at workplace: Always professional at workplace, follow the company rules and stick on that. Avoid unwanted circumstances which will create stress.

Don’t take personally: Don’t take any matter personally when discussing with your officer or co-workers. Take company matte at company level only. Don’t neglect any person at workplace.

Share your ideas: Share your ideas with your co-worker, it will make you more social and by this you will solve many problems.

Always follow company rules: Always follow the company rules at workplace, it will minimize the chances of building problems.

Create Acceptable nature: When you work in group it is very important you accept others views and ideas, behave politely on others view if you aren’t okay with them. It will make you more acceptable in group. Helping nature makes you more acceptable in your staff.

Always try to become happy at workplace because you are contributing your very crucial time at this place and this eight hour will influence your other schedule also. Our main aim is to keep our family away from stress and it will happen when we are happy at workplace.

Happiness is not measured in any parameter but if you fill comfortable and satisfied with your work than it will make you happy.

Eating healthy food Limit your food intake

Some good quotes: health is wealth, prevention is better than cure etc. All these are effective if you are conscious about your diet and strictly follow the instruction of clean eating.

Dear friends to maintain your health and keep yourself happy some changes are needed in your food habits. You must limit intake of some foods. Today we discuss here about the foods to avoid or minimize the intake of these foods.

Mostly foods containing saturated fat, high salt, high sugar and alcohol. Foods with higher percentage of these ingredients will affect your health adversely. Some healthy tips will keep you healthier.

Limit eating foods higher in saturated fat like cakes, pizza, potato chips, processed meats, packed burgers, foods fried with oils, many biscuits and many other snacks fried in oils. Minimize use of foods processed in butter, cream, cooking oils like coconut and palm oils.

Limit eating of foods containing saturated fat, added salt, added sugars and alcohol and replace these with low fat foods.

Limit salt containing foods and drinks: For healthy life style use low salt, salt will increase your blood pressure. Read the labels to know how much sodium contains in the packed food and select lower sodium containing foods. Higher sodium intake will raise your blood pressure and effect adversely on your heart.

Limit sugar containing soft drinks: Avoid or minimize use of soft or energy drinks contains higher sugar. Many sports drinks, energy drinks etc contains added sugar and try to limit use of these drinks. Water is the best source to keep you hydrated.

Limit alcohol intake: minimize use of alcohol if you use it. Higher doses and continuous use of alcohol will effect adversely on Liver. For pregnant woman alcohol is not safe. If you are feeding mother than also avoid to use alcohol.

In my previous blog I mentioned some healthy tips on clean eating. Limiting use of above foods is also a part of clean eating. Clean eating promotes your health and as a medical professional I advise you “prevention is better than cure”. You expenses on your healthcare are big after you become ill. So try to maintain your health and avoid unwanted expenses and health problems. If you really honest about your health than stick on all these advises.

Cleat eating is not a diet plan to follow, but it is a process how to eat and when. Clean eating is a life style approach to food and how to prepare and it tells us eat food in natural way as much as possible. If you like mango than why you use mango juice, eat mango in its natural form as much as possible. Minimize process on food is an approach of clean eating.

When we say clean eating means good eating habits or smart eating

Some very important points for your clean eating

Variety of food:  Eat variety of grains, vegetables, fruits, milk, seeds, yogurt, juices in your smart dish. Varieties of foods give you verity of nutrients needed for your good and healthy life. Take food as per your requirement and eat variety of food to get all nutrients.

Timing of meal: Eat five to six times in a day rather eat full dish in two parts. Never inject your calorie requirement in a single dose. It will give you constant energy and you fill freshness round the clock.

Drink plenty of water : Drink more than two liters per day and drink water timely. Avoid drinking heavy single dose.

Eat seasonable foods: Eat seasonable foods, growing near you because nature will grows foods as your climate and you most follow this. More on this point read: Colourful dish with seasonable foods 

Avoid processed and refined foods: Use food in its row natural form, processed and refined food will change the natural composition of it. When you refine or boil the food chances of missing of some amount of ingredients from it. Salad of green vegetable gives more nutrients than boils one.

Avoid complex food: Avoid food contains more ingredients in it. More than two ingredients means it is processed food, man-made food. Eat row food as much as possible.

Aware about your choice: Your choice of food must be low in fat and sugar. Avoid fried food with high fat and avoid high sugar containing foods.

Conscious about portion size: Be aware about how much portion of each food in your diet. Calculate portion size as your real requirement.

Timing of food: Schedule your eating time and stick on it. Take lunch and dinner at standard time ones you fixed. Irregular timing will affect your health.

Share your views in family: Clean eating is not a personal matter so share with your love ones and family member to make them aware about it.

Enjoy your food: Eat food slowly without any rush. Chew food and enjoy taste of each ingredient and enjoy your dish.

All these are healthy tips to make you aware about clean eating and you will add your own logic as per your physical condition and diet requirement. Dieting is different than clean eating. Clan eating is an art and how clever are you in eating has important for healthy life.

Food is necessary for our life but if you enable to handle it properly than it will creates problem for you.

This is a dialogue of famous Indian movie “Joker” by star actor Rajkapoor who passes away many years ago. He played a role of joker in that film. The dialogue was said when he was going to play his role as a joker in circus to entertain the people and heard news few minutes ago that his mother was passes away. When his co-actor appeals him to leave the show but he said “show must go on” and he played his role.

With the full of gloomy heart, he played his role as a joker and entertain the audience.

This dialogue is in reel but it teaches us how to react in real life; this dialogue itself has high motivation to live. Struggle in life, unlikely events, problems, frauds all these things are part of our life but we must continue on our path without interrupted by these all.

I am also watching movies for entertainment and many times some dialogue will give us the way of living the life. Movies are mirror and emotion of society. Every movie has some good points to learn.

Never think negatively but perform your role for the society, this is the ultimate goal of life. Everyone has their own role in real life and you maybe actor or maybe joker.

There are many things are not in our hand but we must face them without any fear or question to God.
